How to switch Lead/Opportunity page to Lightning Record Page
If you cannot save the page after dragging the DealScope component, your record page is using an old layout.
DealScope works only on Lightning Record Pages, not on classic Page Layouts.
You need to switch the page to Lightning layout before saving.
This is a standard Salesforce limitation
Open a record
Open any Lead or Opportunity record.
Click ⚙️ → Edit Page
Click ⚙️ → Edit Page
Click: Save
Click: Activate
Click: Assign as Org Default
Pick: Desktop and Phone
Click: Next
Click: Next
Click: Save
Click: Back

Why this is required
Old Page Layouts do not support modern components.
DealScope uses Lightning Web Components,
which work only on Lightning Record Pages.
